Longaberger Basket Product Cards

The product cards that come with your Longaberger baskets contain information about The Longaberger Company, how the baskets are made, and how to care for your baskets. These cards have changed over the years. The first product cards were found on just a handful of baskets and were attached to the baskets with pieces of jute or string. They were not specific to the basket.

The next generation of product cards was specific to each basket. These cards may contain specific information about the basket such as weave, dimensions, and inspiration behind the basket, as well as care instructions. The specific product cards for most baskets were replaced in 2004 with cards that provide only general product information. Collections such as Collectors Club and Tree Trimming baskets still come with more specific product cards.
